Boero YachtCoatings actively engages in customer service by taking our involvement with our customers past the point of the actual sale of our products into the shipyard, dry dock, construction site and workshops to assist our customers obtain the required coating finish and to conform to the project coating specification.
Boero achieves this in field service by employing a dedicated group of qualified staff, known as Boero Coating Advisors. Boero Coating Advisors are located in most of the markets where Boero is promoting and selling products, being part of the local technical service team and report to the local Technical Service Manager.

WHAT IS A COATING ADVISOR
A coating advisor is an individual who has undergone a training and certification program such as the FROSIO, NACE as well as specialist trainings like RMCI. A primary role of a coating advisor to verify that surface preparation, coating application performed, and final finish all conform to the minimum requirements of the project specification and acceptance criteria.
The Boero Coating Advisor will observe, measure, record information and make recommendations to our direct customers on the correct methods of surface preparation, mixing and application of our products – accordance of the product TDS, the correct environmental conditions for painting, all required to meet the project coating specification.
